PPS ( polyphenylene Sulfide ) is a crystalline resin with very high thermal resistance. Its low co-efficient of linear thermal expansion and low water absorption results in high dimensional stability. It can be used at 220⁰C but due to its low glass temperature of ^900C, care must be taken if used under high load, high temperature.
